The story behind a newly discovered leaf of medieval sheet music continues to unfold. Thought to be a replica — it was framed and hung in an office at Mount Holyoke College. But after falling to the floor a closer look revealed it was indeed the real deal. That’s when the experts came in.
Among them: Mount Holyoke College music professor Adeline Mueller. She met me on campus at the Abbey Chapel, where the medieval sheet music is displayed. I was immediately struck by its size. Mueller explains.
